We do not reserve a product after you add it to cart. To ensure that your desired product does not run out of stock, checkout quickly to secure your purchase!
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and your billing and delivery address has been verified. If you are a registered user, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” section of the site.

You can pay with any a MasterCard/Visa card. Alternatively, you can also pay via bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash. You can also choose cash on delivery option.
You can check the status of your order through “Track Order” available on website.
Just enter your Order ID and contact number provided in your order and you can track it.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you can track the rider’s progress live through a tracking link that will be sent to you via email once your order is dispatched.
Order ID is a number that we use to process your orders. It will also serve as the main ID that you will use to communicate with us.

Yes, you can absolutely make changes to an order. Call us at 092 33-00-22-666 or you can lchat live with our support from our website and we will make the required changes for you.
At Bellefelle, our top-notch operations ensure that you don’t face any issues with the product when you receive your order. However, in cases where you are not satisfied,
we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. For more information on return and exchange, please look at our return and exchange policy available in the same section.
If you have placed an order and made payment via bank transfer, please share the receipt with us at support@bellefelle.com as soon as possible so we can start processing your order.
Delivery timings for our Flash Delivery are 2-3 working days
whereas the duration for normal deliveries can take up to 18-20 working days, however, the delivery times can be affected by weather conditions, other unexpected situations etc.
If an order contains both Flash and Regular items, Flash
items will be delivered in 2-3 working days and the regular items will be
delivered in 18-20 working days (from the day the order is confirmed).
If you don't receive your order within 25 days, you are advised to contact us via email or phone.

We honour your exchange request regardless of the nature of your issue. You can call us at 092 33-00-22-666, email us at support@bellefelle.com or chat live with us through our website
and we will gladly facilitate your exchange request.
You can place an exchange request for all products with 7 days of order delivery should the products meet exchange criteria.
Products will only be exchanged if they are in their original
condition. This means that they are not used, damaged, and all stickers
and tags are intact and are in their original packing.
Lingerie & Loungewear items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Delivery charges will not be included in
the exchange amount and only the value of the item will be considered.
When customers send an item back to us, it will be inspected by the quality assurance team. If they find it eligible for an exchange,
details will be shared for issuance of gift card/ store credit.
When returning an order, please sure to include your ID and a note as to why you are returning the order.

Store credit/gift cards will be issued within 24
hours and shared via the same email address which is provided with your order. You can then use the credit/gift cards to re-order items on our store.
The validity of the voucher will be 30
days from the date of issuance.
