We facilitate all your exchange requests, regardless of the nature of your issue. You can call us at 03311110262, email us at support@negativeapparel.com or live chat with us through our website and we will gladly facilitate your exchange request.

 

  • Lingerie and Loungewear items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery should they meet the exchange criteria

Items will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This means that they are unused, not damaged, and all tags are intact and packed in their original packing.

Delivery charges will not be included in the exchange amount and only Item value will be considered.

Customers need to send the item(s) back to us, please make sure to add a Note while returning the Order, mentioning your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Once it is received and inspected by the quality assurance team, details will be shared for issuance of Voucher/ Store credit.

Store credit will be issued within 24 hours once the return is received, and will be shared on the same email address which is provided in your order, from which you can reorder any item online or at our stores.

The validity of the voucher will be 30 days from the day it is issued.

 

Refund

Refund will only occur if:

  1. The Wrong item was sent.
    2. The item was defective or unavailable from the manufacturing end.
    3. The item was damaged in shipping.

You can claim a refund within 7 days from the date of the item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund, the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).

Please note that refunds will only be given on damaged items if a fresh piece is not available. We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged item, they can ask for a full refund by emailing us at support@negativeapparel.com
